About

Hi! My name is Jessica, founder of Play to Grow and pediatric occupational therapist. I'm dedicated to supporting children and their families as they grow, learn, and thrive. I specialize in sensory integration and reflex integration, helping children strengthen the foundations they need for learning, coordination, movement, and regulation. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer playgroups for babies and toddlers, designed to encourage early social skills, exploration, and developmental growth in a supportive environment. Families are at the heart of my practice, and the most rewarding part of my work is celebrating progress alongside parents; whether it’s a new skill, a small milestone, or simply seeing a child’s joy in play. I strive to equip caregivers with tools and strategies they can carry into daily life, so therapy extends far beyond our sessions. I believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their potential, and every parent deserves support, knowledge, and community along the way. 🌱 Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and the services I offer. I look forward to connecting with you and your little one!
