Play to Grow

Hi! My name is Jessica, founder of Play to Grow and pediatric occupational therapist. I'm dedicated to supporting children and their families as they grow, learn, and thrive. I specialize in sensory integration and reflex integration, helping children strengthen the foundations they need for learning, coordination, movement, and regulation. In addition to individual therapy, I also offer playgroups for babies and toddlers, designed to encourage early social skills, exploration, and developmental growth in a supportive environment. Families are at the heart of my practice, and the most rewarding part of my work is celebrating progress alongside parents; whether it’s a new skill, a small milestone, or simply seeing a child’s joy in play. I strive to equip caregivers with tools and strategies they can carry into daily life, so therapy extends far beyond our sessions.
